From sprained ankles, fast bowler’s backs, netballer’s knees, prop’s necks and runners with torn hamstrings, we have seen all sorts of injuries in the past 27 years. Whether an acute twisted ankle, a sore knee from jogging or back pain from golf, we will look for the cause of your problems and endeavour to help you back to sport as quickly and safely as possible.
This might involve strengthening some muscles, stretching others, ultrasound and massage to swollen and injured ligaments or even advice about your sporting technique. We can work with you and your coaches to rehabilitate your injury.
