Zali graduated from Southern Cross University with a Bachelor of Sports & Exercise Science and went on to further study a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology. Since then, Zali has gained her full accreditation in Exercise Science and Exercise Physiology and is now an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP). Zali has since become a full member of the Exercise and Sports Science Association (ESSA).
Zali has grown up in the Coffs Harbour area and wants to travel around Australia, working in different towns as she progresses through her working degree.
Her aim as an Exercise Physiologist practitioner is to create and develop exercise intervention programs tailored to clients goals and needs to assist them in prevention and management of chronic conditions as well as acute and subacute conditions. Zali’s main goal as a practitioner is to assist individuals with their functional health, wellbeing and quality of life. Her passions are neurological diseases such as Parkinson’s disease, respiratory diseases and cardiovascular diseases.
