Our fun-loving, easy-going superstar, Sarah joined the Toormina Physiotherapy team in June 2025 and has been lighting up the clinic ever since. With her bright personality and infectious enthusiasm, she creates a warm, welcoming space where patients instantly feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged.
Currently studying Exercise Physiology at Southern Cross University, Sarah is passionate about understanding how the body moves, performs, and recovers. She loves combining her growing knowledge with hands-on experience in the clinic, and she’s driven by a genuine desire to help people move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what they love.
Sarah is often spotted dancing around the clinic — sometimes to the tunes playing through the speakers, and sometimes to the soundtrack in her own head. Her natural energy and sense of fun are matched by her dedication to patient care and her love of all things active.
Outside of work and study, Sarah keeps busy on the field. She plays soccer in winter for the Orara Valley Dingoes and is always keen to try something new — currently giving hockey a go over summer to stay fit and challenge herself. Whether she’s on the field, deep in her studies, or bringing smiles to the clinic floor, Sarah brings boundless energy, positivity, and a playful spirit to everything she does.
