Our first football injuries of the year are starting to appear at Toormina Physio.

It’s important to regain any cardiovascular fitness which may have been lost in the off-season and remember your skill levels are probably not at the level they were at the end of last season.

Varying the stresses and strains on various parts of your body early in the season, by swimming, bike-riding  as well as running, we hope to avoid the overuse injuries which often flare-up with the sudden loading associated with training. Consider some cross-training to regain your cardio-vascular fitness.

So if you live in Toormina, Sawtell, Bonville, Boambee, Urunga, Coffs Harbour or anywhere on the Coffs Coast and  have injured your hamstring, sprained your ankle, torn your medial collateral ligament or strained your AC joint, Chris Duffy, Sarah Crawford and the rest of the team at Toormina Physio will be happy to help you get back to footy fast.
